Begin by selecting the appropriate deposit(s) below for each person attending the Delegation, either as an official delegate or as a guest joining delegation receptions.

If anyone in your party, including a delegate, will continue on to the Tour (or will join us in Iceland after the delegation portion ends), simply add a Tour Participant Deposit for each person traveling on the Tour.

Those attending both portions will have two deposits in the cart: one reflecting their role in the Delegation and one for the Tour. The deposits are separate so you can shape your participation, and your party, exactly as you intend.
