Use this deposit for each adult or child participating in the Delegation portion of the trip as a guest of a delegate. This covers guest access to delegation receptions and discounted air travel, but does not include delegate-only meetings or events. This deposit does not include participation in the Tour portion of the trip. If the guest will also join the Tour, you must add a separate Tour Participant Deposit for that individual. Guests should not purchase a Delegate Deposit unless they are serving as an official delegate.
