Use this deposit for each adult participating in the Delegation portion of the trip as an official delegate. This deposit covers participation in delegate-only meetings, civic engagements, and related delegation programming. This deposit does not include participation in the Tour portion of the trip. If you (or your guests) will also participate in the Tour, you must add a separate Tour Participant Deposit for each person joining the Tour. If you are bringing a spouse, partner, child, or other guest to delegation receptions (but not delegate-only events), add one Delegate Guest Deposit for each guest.
